From zero to over 1,500 unique visitors per month and growing. Golden State Properties of Red Bluff, California contacted us in late December of 2007. They were interested in having a web designer build a new web presence for them as their previous web site had expired. Their site was previously hosted through a web site template service. We had placed our bid, and in early February our bid was accepted.

We began by designing a few mockup images for the sites general overall design. After a concept was chosen, we began to develop the framework of the program that the site would operate upon. Throughout the development process we held to one ultimate goal, that goal being search engine optimization. Our core responsibility is to get our clients to the top of the search engines and keep them there. It is now late April and we are proud to say that Golden State Properties is now in the top 5 on Yahoo and Google for all major search terms used for real estate located in Tehama County, California.
